Hi all, I have a bit of a question to ask!
I have a vehicle that uses the F10a engine, mounted transversely in the rear of the car, (it's a Suzuki SC100 Whizz-kid),
I'm getting an engine rebuilt, but want a bit more 'go' in it, I can't afford all the extra work to fit a different type of engine/transmission, there isn't room for the G13B engine, as the cambelt pulleys/cover would foul on o/s/r inner wheelsrch,... but I HAVE heard that the blocks can be bored a fair bit past standard 'overbore' sizes, and Pistons from some Suzuki quad bikes fitted to up the capacity.... has anybody bored a block out successfully past the standard 0.50mm oversize?
Looking at the block I have there's about 6mm between bores, so looks like there's quite a bit of scope for more cc's, at least up to 1000cc from the original 970cc?
Please, if anyone HAS, can you let me know what size/make of pistons were used?
Thanks
