OK, being that I am great at buying stuff and much worse at doing stuff, coupled with my incredibly poor impulse control has landed me a silver W210 E320CDI Avangard. It has 18" monoblocks a mirriad of ABS faults and not too much rust.
I'm really not feeling it at the moment, its really not making me smile. I turned to the internet for some inspiration and apart from some usual VIP look things on 20" rims not many people have done good things to the W210.
If I can find a style/rim combo I like I may take a look down the superturbo diesel route.
So if any of you goolists can find some awesome W210's. Post them here. If I find anything I will post up too.

Really, really not into the VIP look.   sort of? I dunno what it is, I can't find any awesome looking rims or great stance for these cars. |

On the abs faults, change the brake switch cured my W210
These are superb cars...I need another one!!

Yeah, its going the journey. I'm really not feeling them. I dunno what got into me. I get excited about tuning opportunities and forget that you have to sit in a car and drive it and look at it out the window. Plus its not retro.
I will divert funds from the sale into the golf or maybe a pickup truck.
Anyone want it? Good price?

I completely get why they have their followers, its just not my kind of car. So what model is it , colour, price?? E320CDI, Avantgard, Silver, grey leather, its a 2002, 91,000 so sadly not allowed for sale here, even though the same car on a Y would be. 1500 would take it (ABS issues cured). Thats literally what I paid for it plus the cost of a new MAF, Throttle sensor and ABS sensor. |
