This thread isn't about builds, it isn't about shows, it isn't about scenes, or anything other than..... "I went out for a drive today in my retro, and here is a pic"* So, to the set wheel rolling...... My long standing friend, the Toledo, out for a pootle in the lanes around Dorking and Reigate. *I have blatantly stolen this idea from a bike version of the same thing on a.n.other forum, but enjoyed that one so much, I thought we could make space for it on here.....

I had a quick run out to see how it drove after messing with the carb, and pulled over for a couple of shots with my now-working fogs.

Not a recent pic, but a favourite, from 2012. I'd just fitted a mechanical fuel pump and the thing kept leaking oil where it bolted to the head.

There were a few snaps in 2012 I really liked, it was the honeymoon period with this car.

Have another. This thread is quite timely, it's made me wander through the old pictures of the car and remind myself what it felt like just after buying it. After recently getting it on the road again it's been a bit of a chore desnagging and being held up with daft little issues.

This is probably my most appropriate pic on my phone. Went for a 30min drive to the wreckers to get a leccy fan for my other car so the gf could drive it for a while. Glanced out the door and thought to myself, 'hello, who's a pretty girl, then?'
