This is a spare box I kept and got rebuilt for 'that project' and its not going to be happening now sadly or for the foreseeable, so here is a 3 rail 2000e gearbox, that has been rebuilt by my local gearbox specialist ( been trading for 50+ years and receipt can and will be given to the owner) and has had all new bearings and seals and gaskets, and been set up as per fords requirements. it turns freely and is ready to put oil in and run!
I'm supplying 2x bellhousings with it, one has a bit of damage as can be seen but the threads still okay, and the other has a cut out by the starter back end? affects not a lot but worth mentioning.
15mm input shaft type so goes into xflows / pintos/ even zetecs!
2.972 1st gear as well
the only thing I don't have is a spare gearstick, with a stick I borrowed from my one in the car, it as I know and felt selected gears perfectly.
I'm asking basically what it cost to get rebuilt to free up some room etc..
£300 for it all, collection from kent/London ideally, but it could possibly be couriered nation wide I will have to find out costs.
