Does anyone have any knowledge of retro fitting rear seat belts into a mk2 Cavalier Saloon? The original belts seem to be hard to get hold of, just wondering if seat belts from another car(mk2 astra or Nova) could be retro fitted without to much issue?
Any ideas gratefully received

What Reg is your car and are they original belts in it?
I've got a hatch that I fitted genuine rear belts to and they are fine.

Sorry I typed the first post in a rush and it auto corrected to complete rubbish lol now edited.
I don't currently have any rear belts but the holes are there, just wondered if oth rear belts from similar era cars fitted

I'm not aware of other model belts fitting but if you find cavalier belts they'll fit no probs. As you say the captive holes are already in the shell.
Check Facebook for cars breaking. There's a cavalier only banger event soon so there's bound to be loads of trim up for grabs.
