I bought this from another member almost 4 years ago. It's a July 87 cross over model - type 19 shell, with big windows, CE1 electrics & PB engine.
It's been a great car & had lots of work done on it in my ownership. It's got a few bits of rust and a couple of small dings, but everything does what it should & there are no leaks into the interior - even the sunroof works.
Work done in my ownership:-
Clutch, GTD radiator, thermostat, plugs, leads, coil, distributor, ecu, tci, ISV, fuel pumps and filters, wiring loom replaced & fuse box replaced. Rust repairs around rear suspension struts - 3 spots plated (not exactly pretty but strong & hidden under the carpets) area around the windscreen cut out and new scuttle welded in, water was getting past the windscreen seal & into the fuse box. I have receipts for almost everything I've done to it.

Only reason it's up for sale is I bought another VW & I don't really need 3!! Price can always be negotiated - I still have the original interior/console/washer bottle/radio etc & can be put back to a more std car easily - even have the original springs & shocks if need be.
