Thanks! There is a lot of good stuff on this board, crazy engine swaps, mindblowing welding threads and so on...i even read about 4 to 2 door conversions This one is only a small"bring it back to life" story from a bread and butter car the most never heard about.... Hope you enjoy it.... Cheers

Don't know why the 203 has got no one.... Cover the bodge with some filler...not perfect but better than befor. Painted some suspension parts....they need a long time for drying now....very cold in the workshop. I'm waiting for nuts and bolts from the suspension coming back from zinc plating.Than i will start to reassemble the lot.... Cheers

Cool car! Hopefully you're only making it technically 100% an will keep the patina as much as possible. The sun had a hard job to make it so nice as it is now haha. It seems that getting parts of these old french car is not that complicated, that is a big positive thing. Well keep up the good work, I will pray to mother nature for some more wrench-friendly weather in the coming weeks

Today not much happend in the workshop....it's much to nice wheather outside....had a nice ride on my Harley today! ....and had some cold beer on the balcony in the sun! But anyway there was some work done.... The pedal box is now ready....with the new NOS master break cylinder! Finished the rear number plate lamp.... It's almost a shame that it won't look like you've done anything when you've finished. Almost.

It's almost a shame that it won't look like you've done anything when you've finished. Almost. Yep...you're so right! But this will be no problem for me......i know what i have done on this car and thats the main point. Tested the fuel tank...no leaks visible. So i fit it back... New rubber gasket on the filler neck... Changed the old cork-float for a plastic one... Wanted to test the fuel sender befor fitting...so i conected a charger on the battery cable. The only thing that works is the trafficator.... Looks like i have to sort out all electrics,too.... Why i'm not surprised...? Cheers
