Hi! Another car from a mate who died 3 years ago.... After over 30 years hidden in a small garage it's now ready to get some love It is not my car.....yet.Maybe i can get it....but i have too much cars at home.....but.... ...my job is to bring it on the road after all these years. And the patina should stay,no new paint at all! Only do the engine, brakes and suspension.Like my trusty Volvo.... But have a look!! Love the roof rack.... Just wonderful!!! A lot of parts..... Column shift... The car is from Portugal, hope there is not too much rot on the underside. What do you think?

Top grammar tips! Bought = purchased. Brought = relocated Lose = misplace/opposite of win. Loose = your mum

That's my dream family car.. along with the Peugeot 505 Familial Dangel. Two years ago I searched in France for one of these, I looked at a few charming wrecks but unless I was going to spend the rest of my life fixing it up, it was €10000 for a good one. And I was having enough trouble finding parts for a 80s Renault so I gave up the idea. It looks complete so that one must be worth between €2-€4k? Hope you can own it and give us a vicarious 203 experience!

What a fantastic find. I'm no lover of French cars, but that is brilliant.
Bookmarked.

How lovely! I'd seen a few of those Familiales on leboncoin, usually with beautiful patina too but much more rotten. This looks like a very good candidate for a sympathetic recommissioning. Well, if you need any help for parts from this side of the Rhine you know who to write to Also, it makes me really glad that so many people now enjoy patina, it is the best way for a car to have charm I reckon.

Oh my!
That only needs a gentle recommissioning, a wash and a wax. To destroy its originality by restoring it would be criminal.
