10. white ball gear knob
11. kepad locking/alarm and immobiliser
12. tex style mirrors
13. electronic ignition
14. adjustable cam pulley
jobs to do off the top of my head
1. the little plastic door lock pulls needed
2. It some times pre ignites ( some times starts back up for a second, when the ignition is turned off)
3. needs a repaint and a tart up of body work
4. pulls to the right and does more when brake is applied
5. boot lid adjusting as it's slightly over to one side
6. sunroof handle fitting ( which i do have but is missing the little plastic end)
7. no radio (uncut dash board)
8. cracks in dash
9. clutch seems a little high but not slipping at all (maybe adjustment needed)
10. boot struts
11. needs seals that sit on the door that rub against the windows on the outside
12. rocker cover gasket (leaking oil)
can't remember of anything else, but remember it's 32 years old and there's bound to be more small things to do as you would find on any old car.
This is not a minter!
The car runs and drives, with some good pulling power for an old car. The carburetor since being put on, has caused the pre igniting and has developed what i can only describe as a tinging/ pinging sound? so what ever the problem, it's something to do with the car as it never use to do it with the old twin carbs. But it still seems to drive alright with some good pulling power.
The passenger side rear arch did have a replacement panel, but the filler that went on top has absorbed moist and now the paint has cracked through as see in the pictures.
From what i can see, there is a couple patches of welding that has been done to the floor for the mot.
Rear break line was replaced on the last mot along with a steering rack gaitor
The reg is transferable if that takes anyone's interest.
car comes with some old mot's/ tax discs and receipts.
I have the original spoiler, if you would want that.
