I can happly report that my Capri got painted this summer, in Ford Kona Blue Metallic which is from 2010-2020 Mustang.
My ME illness has gotten a bit worse since last time I've posted, so there has really not been that much progress at all, mostly due my illness but also lack of funds.
Car is moved to another storage unit because I have no garage atm.
Here is some pictures from a few weeks ago when I did drag it out for a wash.
It really needed a was as it was very dirty from storage and from road grime when it was moved.
I have done small things when my health allows at home, like panting, cleaning and refurb.
In September I started on the seats as both my health and weather was good.
Red seats do not match with blue at all, so my first plan was to recolor the whole thing.
But back in my my mind I did wonder why the seats was so poorly done, I think I did know why..

And like I hoped the center section was hiding the orginal Carla fabric which I hoped for.
So if all the sides are okay after the foam has been refurbed, I will either recolor the white bits black or retrim in Alcantara lookalike fabric.
I still have the rear seat backrest to do so after that is gutted, I can tell what next step will be among the things I can do at home.
Regarding the shell I need to make it weather tight so it can moved as I plan to move to new location before next summer.
Front and rear suspension is still dirty so that needs attension and be cleaned.
For the most part I have the items needed, but new windscreen and tailgate window seal and front bumper needs to be bought.
