I've never been before but if I can get my race car sorted in time then I'll tow it up and run it up the hill

I've never been before but if I can get my race car sorted in time then I'll tow it up and run it up the hill As long as it has an MOT (where applicable) & insurance it's fine - all RWYB cars need to be road legal - the Guest cars are the only exception to this rule People who plan on applying for RWYB session and arriving with cars on trailers (that comply with the requirements) need to make this very clear at the application stage as trailers are a PITA and we need to plan for their arrival and find space to park them

It's definitely not road legal and not worth the hassle of making it road legal for one event.

how much is a ticket and how do i get one? <--newbie! I defer confirmation to HoTWire but in a nutshell Day tickets are available until a week or two before the event (~£10 for day ticket in advance based on last year) They are still available to purchase on the day (~£15 on the day based on last year) Weekend (ie show including camping) are sold in two batches and they sell out silly fast 1 ticket = 1 person weekend camping and entrance into the show on Sunday (~£35 based on last year) I'm sure HW will put me right if I've got that wrong

That is right, Weekend tickets = £35, Day ticket advanced = £10, Day ticket on day = £15.

Its a 6hr round trip for me, but I might be interested! Takes longer than that just to get there from here and I'm still in England We have people who come from Ireland, the top of Scotland, and various parts of Europe. It's a great event, and well worth the trip *n

Takes even longer for me; I'm taking the boat from the Netherlands, I'll arrive in Harwich and then I still have a 6-ish hour drive ahead But let me tell everyone one thing: it's worth it!

Well, it looks like I have no excuse! You can always grab a camping ticket when they come up for sale at the end of the week (assuming you get in there before they sell out ). Then come up the Friday or Saturday, chill with the friendly people on the camp site. Enjoy the show on Sunday and head back home in the afternoon, be home in time for a late-ish dinner (about 7:30 )

Superb. That means I can get it bought before I go to work, but not so early that they sell out before I wake up!
