The search in the netherlands is over, now its time to look over the border into Germany.
I am in need of the drivers side door AND de passengers side door for a 1979 chevrolet Monte carlo, preff. rustfree or minor rust.
Only the shell, no need for glass or other stuff, hinges would be welcome.
German friends i call upon you to provide me with links or tips to german car wreckers sites or the likes. I have tryed to do a search but is don't know wat phrases to use.

Will look for you. I guess you tried german ebay already? Is it a two door or four door car? I´m not familiar with the different types GM may have made of them.Looked that up, coupes only. Will parts of an Oldsmobile Cutlass, Pontiac Grand Prix or Buick Regal of that age fit, too? I guess they will fit, its all G-Body ! |

Somebody on ebay is offering doors, but he writes 81-88. According to wikipedia they might fit 77-88? linkI will ask the seller if he knows better... that guys offers them in the small adds, too - and he offers world wide shipping. Not too bad since Stuttgart might be a bit far... linkand an 84 cutlass door, but not cheap and quite far away... linkElwoody your the best !! Thank you for the german translation en thank you even more for the provide links on ebay, problem on ebay is shipping. Have to figure that out how i can get them in the netherlands, fait will provide i guess. I don't know what to do with the small adds, how does that work ? The doors in the ebay link are far better then the ones i have currently in the car, the ones i have look like gullwing doors when they are shut. thanks a million and i am keeping a close eye on these adds |
