Hi for sale is my mk2 golf gt 3dri in the beautiful oak green i have owned this car for nearly 4 years and time has come to let it go as i need something more comfortable due to a back problem
Car isin good condition and is running driving and used daily but does have a few bits that need attention that i just don't have the time to give it anymore. Its a late 91 run out big bumper so its pretty much 16v spec apart from the engine has e/w c/l green tint glass etc its lowered on coilovers and drives nice bodywork is tidy for age was painted last year but could do with a good machine polish at some point
New bits replaced recently
G60 top mounts
Track rod ends
Balljoints
Polybushed wishbones
Anti roll bar links
Gear linkage bushes and shift weight added
Passenger driveshaft
Backbox
Water flanges on head
280mm front brakes
Front engine mount
Vacuum lines and spark plugs etc
Plus lots of other bits
Bad bits car is 25years old
Passenger Rear caliper needs replacing or refurb as handbreak mech is seized and currently disconnected
Windscreen has crack and needs replacing
Drivers side jacking point needs attention
Drivers bolster worn
Theres a knock coming from the front drivers side over bumps and turning hard i think its the rear anti rollbar bushes as i havent changed them yet but they will be supplied with car
Drivers side cv boot is split and this may even be the the cause of the knocking bit i have another driveshaft just needs fitting
Exhaust joiner needs replacing but is supplied
Central locking needs reconnecting back up
So ive been completely honest and a couple of weekend work will see you with a awesome golf
I'm looking for £2000 no offers if it doesn't sell for this i will be stripping and breaking it which would be a shame as its a beautiful car
