Near me, having a space in a damp free workshop with space to work and all of the bits you need is around £60 a month.

Think I'm paying £55 a month for each of my garages, but they're a bit bigger than normal - 20ft by 12ft, and have a secure metal roller door No leccy though, and water would be handy.

I've just rented a single garage (no power or water) locally for £75 a month. Very cheap for around here. Couldn't get a response from the local council when making enquiries so renting from an outside company instead!

rent a couple of traditional lock-ups [no leccy / no water] here on the Wirral One it with a Property Agents that cost £96 per quarter by direct debit The other is with the local Housing Association [used to be Council Housing Dept] who charge £41 per month and the garage is right near our terraced house
