Anyone from the Wareham, Poole or surrounding areas know of or have any storage, rental or have any communities going??
Moving South from Bristol and need to relocate my unit - bit of a pricier area, wondered if there were any guys on here already with a lock up or share going.... or, if anyone else fancies getting into something or knows of anything going please shout up!! Could be the start of something beautiful!
Whats the current state of lockup rental in the area?? Pricey area to live so guessing places to rent will be smaller and more expensive also.

I'm from Weymouth and been looking for affordable storage/workshop of a while now with little result. It depends on your budget I suppose. All I've found are a couple of places with a single car space to rent at silly monthly prices. Also been looking out for local communities and meetups with little luck. If you have any luck let me know.

prepwizard I'm on Portland and looking for somewhere for an MG. If you find somewhere larger I would be really interested in sharing. Sure we could find a couple more peeps too. I actually finally made an account after stalking so many threads just for this post lol.

Good luck with the search as I tried for over a year to find such a place. I trailed round all the local farms and industrial estates but the problem is that you can find storage (expensive) but people don't want you working on your stuff.

I'm looking for somewhere to store and work on my jag too. I have a friend with his sd1 who would also be interested in getting involved. I currently have a council lock up in Wimborne with no electric etc.. That costs me £46 per month n I've had it nearly 5 year. I need somewhere bigger where I can work on projects without having to move my car every five minutes for the neighbours.

So... I count four here all seeking the same!
I currently rent a unit in Bristol - about 4 miles from Area 52 and really want to find something when I move to keep all the toys in one place!
The other idea I had was to split rent or a mrtgage on a place with a few people if its a long term solution similar to Area52....
How many Dorest guys we got on here then??
