There are a few classic cars that you look at and know they are going to be fun to drive. This 1984 R30 4 door is running the original L20ET engine and some rather unique SSR mk1 rims. Ride height is low but more than usable on the UK roads and dropped stance suits the 80's square shape of the the car. The front Recaro seats make for a better driving experience over the standard lounge seats. The boot area is a very ample size. Engine is in great shape, heard starting and running by a number of UK JDM experts and all agree she sounds great. Gearbox us also good with nice tight movement on the throw. 1,998cc SOHC inline-6 (L20ET) engine Manual transmission Turbocharged 135,000km 4 door Aftermarket boost and oil gauges. Electric windows Details about the L20ET engine, from Wikipedia... The L20ET is a turbo engine developed from the L20E. It is a 12-valve, six-cylinder, fuel-injected engine with a single chain driven cam, turbo (non intercooled), and a non crossflow head. It produces 145 PS (107 kW; 143 hp). Currently stored in Reading, test drives available and viewing is by appointment only. Looking for £7895 Pop me a call on 07535420017 Pics...

I saw this last night on ebay and nearly blew my load over my phone!!!
This would be the perfect motor for me if I had the funds.
Would this have come turbocharged from factory or will the motor be from the RS Turbo?
Bump for an awesome machine

Enjoy the ride

Man, this is really cool.
Maybe when I sell my Fastback, this could be my introduction to the Japanese market!

It's a VW, not sure it's your thing. It's in here for sale but I'm hopefully moving it in the next week or so, I'll be ready for something a bit different from my norm then.

I asked a few questions on your eBay sale matey but didn't get a response.
Is it uk registered and ready to go?
How is it lowered?
Random, but does it have rear three point belts?
Cheers and sorry if you've already answered some of these in you ad, I'm not very observant.

Hey, Really sorry for the slow reply, i got married at the weekend and have been a tad busy It's in the registration process as i type. Lowered on uprated dampers and springs, its a nice ride, albeit a tad bouncy. I'll confirm on the rear belts when i get home tonight. Thanks
