Right, got the car MOT'd so time to properly advertise it. Now expires 10/09/17
'93 520 24v manual. 119,000. Silver with cloth inside.
Stacks of paperwork and Last serviced at the start of the year.
For the MOT I put a lower arm on it, adjusted the headlight beam and changed a rear roll bar bush.
The car seems to be bucking the trend. There is no rust on the arches and very little else where! MOT tested even commented on how nice it was to see one in good condition.
Everything inside works. Clock, windows, sunroof, seats (manual). It owes me more than than the asking price!
Drivers seat has a few holes and paint has some marks on the roof, boot and top of the rear bumper. Paint improves with polish but doubt will be 100% without paint. Parts are cheap as chips so could easily swap an entire leather interior in for less £200. Other than that it starts every time, is great on fuel and drives lovely. Very refined and smooth. Would make a great rolling restoration or just run it as it is. Car is normally in Hook Hampshire, though currently parked at Farnborough airport.
I bought the car from a fellow RR'er and would love to see it still on here. Would be nice to keep it and get the paint and interior done but I'm moving house and that means no parking for the car
