Next year I'll keep my ear out for some Burzum. Not a clue. Is that bad? Just to clarify, I wasn't playing the music, I was also trying to sleep but failing due to being far to busy quietly revisiting my angsty 13 year old self You should probably keep that to yourself, lol.

So we have the complete opposite of last year Security were great Campers camped nicely and took their curse word to the skips Did anyone notice the skips were placed in a more sensible place?

I especially liked Security's sleeping arrangements. I'm not sure which was funnier, the 'traveller palace' Luton van stuffed with rugs and duvets, or the fact that the other staff actually locked them in the back all night.

I think we must have been unlucky with our spot. The view from my tent consisted of a bunch of modern transits and 4x4's. I felt like I was on a gypsy site! It felt less retro than last year in that respect!
As mentioned behaviour was generally good, just a bit of drunk 3am shouting from some people opposite.
Oh and no idea why the Pentons Haulage van felt the need to have 4 mega bright spotlights on and also go for a drive at nearly midnight, get almost stuck in the mud, need get pushed back and then return to where it came from?!

The penton's van was mate my camping next to us. He decided he couldn't stand the loud music anymore so was going to park near the R31 skyline for a bit of peace. As it happened he got stuck due to the mud having been turned to sludge earlier in the day hence he gave in and got pushed back to where he'd been

I think we cleared a left tent from the field at the opposite of camp Holland and that's about it. Great work! Security team was very good as well indeed. I have nothing to complain about from my point of view on anything at RRG

He got stuck in front of our tents and car, hence giving him a push onto some dryer lands ;p The lights were kinda annoying indeed though, it's something to think about next time when camping, we were blinded the whole time when they were on... :/ In other words: we had a great time meeting some new people, camping, exploring the surroundings of Worcester and Shelsley Walsh. And on top of that: great show, had a nice climb up the hill and the atmosphere atnthe campsite was good and relaxed it seemed. Glad we came and we'll be back next year!

The only slight niggle for me was someone had a few problems with a sticking throttle cable not too far from me the poor car was bouncing off the rev limiter more than once Unrelated - top marks to security for their help, and useful info when I was settling in

Another thumbs up too everyone camping and the security crew. I overheard them briefing one of the new crew members about the vibe of the camping area and the show on Friday afternoon, they got it spot on.
My only minor gripe was the unnecessary driving to the toilets during the heavy rain. Nobody needed to be moving around at that point and the ground would have stood up better on Sunday morning without being churned up Saturday.

it was pretty good this year. my only criticism would be i thought the toilets and showers where a little lacking going by previous years. 2 showers were not enough for that many people, especially as one was obviously broken before it was even installed on site (although i did mcguyver it with a leatherman to get it working so i didnt have to stand in the que).

^ Dez has +1 from me. I spoke to security about the dud shower, they explained it worked fine using the big red on/off water tap . . . unless anyone had mc'guyvered it again using a leatherman. Doh! I would expect the shower to work without taking the car toolkit in with me It's all part of the fun

My only gripe about the whole weekend was the lack of showers and running water on the Sunday,I had to have a cold shower about 10am(I read somewhere the hot water was turned off at 8am??? Why???).the main toilet block was locked so you couldn't even wash your hands from what I could see, very poor going on that was
