I have lurked on here for a few years and have a couple of projects on the go (Ginetta G15 and MX5 hill climber.
It was always an ambition to own another TVR so my wife and I started a fund to do this, unfortunately she died in April unexpectedly at 48 from an undiagnosed heart problem. So after a few months of consideration and some of her life insurance I thought I would continue our dream. Mate sent over a link from PH website and I jumped in the car that day had a drive down to Neil Garner Motorsport and paid the deposit on the spot.It had been in a scrape so I got them to blow it over. The car came with a massive history folder which showed of over £20K spent in the last 8 years.
She is a 400 with a freshly built engine with a Rotrex blower attached which produces around 350HP which is "plenty" even in the dry (wheelspin 2nd to 3rd anyone?).Other highlights are a Emerald K6 to keep the fuelling happy,Red Racing shocks and Hi spec brakes. I am tempted to change out the carpet but it is growing on me....I will let the pics do the talking.
