Right, I really regret having to do this but needs must.
I'm selling our 240 estate.
I bought it nearly a year ago with the grand plan of using it for 1 euro trip per year. Due to time constraints we never got away in it this year so was going to wait until next year to turn it round and get out there. Today however, the bombshell has been dropped that we're loosing our storage and so need to move it on sharpish.
So about the car....
She's a '91 2.3 5 speed finished in 'Jewish racing gold'. Has the LH injection etc.
Body is very presentable with no rust.
Interior is quite good but some of the tan plastics like centre console have gone brittle and cracked/broken.
Headling is torn around the sunroof.
Has the very rare wood trim on the dash.
Mechanically very good indeed. Purrs like the proverbial and goes/stops well. Fan belt needs replacing as it squeals and is generally old and tired.
180k on the clock.
Wheels and tyres all good though the N/S R tyre goes down over a period of 4-5weeks.
I'll get better pics tomorrow if I can.
I'm only asking what this car owes us in purchase and transportation
£650.
It will NOT be broken and I won't sell any bits off it.
If you're planning on banger racing it then look elsewhere as not only is the car too good but I wouldn't sell it to you anyway.
Located in Grimsby and available for viewing most nights at around 5pm
