Hi guys, got a newer Volvo (2004) and need to install Volvo vida 2014d on a laptop to re-set airbag light and other issues. (unplug the radio or anything, and you get a airbag fault light)
There used to be a Computer support website where you could enter your problem, and anyone would quote/tender to fix it from around the world, does anybody know the name?
The software wont load due to a SQL problem...
Thanks in advance, Nelson

Not sure about SQL myself but I managed to get VIDA working via this video:
Don't know if that will help but the chap behind the videos may have a solution.

If you have followed this, I didnt get the SQL thing sorted, tried 2 laptops with higher than required specs...frustrated I then found a link to some information, A "virtual Machine" and a file download, 20mins later I had a working Vida setup....was easy, all faults and service notifications reset. (Might post links later as not on this laptop)

unplugging the stereo shouldn't set the airbag light off, if it does you have a wiring fault behind the centre console.
