I've got a project coming up over the next few months which is going to require me to create a nice looking front air dam for my track car.
I've been thinking about this for years.
I've come to the conclusion that to get curves around wheel arches right the easiest thing is to use bendable wire.
So has anybody else done this and what thickness of wire can you use? The thicker the better I assume... but there must be a limit where it is no longer bendable by hand and you have to start involving tools and that's when the advantage disappears. Also has to be weldable.
