On a car of ours which had clutch done a few months ago along with the flywheel but the crank seal is curse word oil out. It leaves its mark after being sat around for 5 minutes! Other than that the car is fine.
I really don't want to go to the expense of paying all that labour again (it's a subframe and gearbox off job), so fancy changing it myself if I can help it.
I know Ramp and Wrench used to hire out ramps in Coventry but is there anywhere else?
I can't see it being done on the driveway with the gearbox needing to be taken out completely (it's a Mondeo MkIII).
