Milk float motor (mated to car gearbox)

As it's well obsolete technology, my guess is that it is almost valueless, (the hassle of getting it to the scrappy will result in a small payment which will barely cover your fuel & your time), although I'd be very happy to be proven wrong!

My Uncle had a Dairy with an electric float many years ago, I recall that the batteries were large, very heavy & expensive, (as well as probably being almost impossible to source these days?)

There's someone on ebay selling an unused pair of float motors for <£200.00 which appear to be a lot less obsolescent than yours.

I think you have to pay if you start an ebay auction with a reserve? If you set that £100 reserve I think the item would remain unsold.

Unfortunately not. I believe the rear seats were removed to hold the batteries and there was various bits of plywood making up the dash etc. I think the guy was quite clever but didn't finish up the details too well

He also forgot about wheel bolts as i lost one of the rear wheels towing it back lol. It actually towed quite well on three wheels as i only noticed when i saw in the mirror the car had 'tilted'
