Calling RR'ers.
I've got a Peugeot 806 Roland Garros in resplendent tennis green paintwork.
Unfortunately its clutch has gone. We first thought it was the cable, so replaced that roadside, which helped a little, but the pedal still goes all the way to the floor without properly disengaging the clutch, accompanied by a rumbling sound.
I've got a new clutch kit, but unfortunately having moved house I have no drive, the car is on the street and its too tall to drive into my lock-up, so I'm lacking anywhere to do the clutch change.
Is anybody local that has an area where I/we could change the clutch in exchange for some Bank of England vouchers? I've got tools, clutch alignment kit, a floor tranny jack etc. Just not got anywhere to do it!
Alternatively if someone here runs a local garage, I'm happy to pay to have it done all done without my involvement if it's a reasonable cost. I fear the car will dissolve before I get round to doing it myself.
