As some of you know, I own a Delorean, which were built in Belfast in 81 & 82. Every 5 years since the 20th anniversary we return to its birthplace for a gathering, drive around the old test track & general pi££ up. The convoy started earlier today & I met up with it at Sandbach services Fuelling up Queuing for ferry On board

I also like the fuel stop pic. If I had a Delorean I would infuriate everyone! It's screaming for a widebody kit and some aggressive bonnet vents. Kind of like a more wedgey Starion.

Very cool. Made me smile loads. A fantastic car made famous by the movie.
Keep us posted on progress. The Stormont pictures are great!

It looks like there's another red one further down the right hand side as well. This pleases me.

Is there still an aluminium casting company in the old factory?
I visited there years ago and it was kind of cool being inside the factory and seeing the test track. From memory the test track was all overgrown though.

We got 76 cars at the test track, a new record. Guys have driven from Hungary, Estonia, Slovakia, Swiss, France, Germany, NL, Italy, to name a few, all over Europe tbh. The now unused old gatehouse Waiting to get on track Coming onto the 45 degree banking Back to the Future car

Impressive, especially those Stormont photos. Kudos to you all : I can't think of any other car that draws owners back to the spiritual home in such numbers. Fair play to you.

I love it. Although how you posted photos of a BTTF car without showing the flux capacitor is beyond me
