GOOD BITS
Electronic ignition (optical newtronic system).
Electric fan.
Greenstuff pads, braided hoses & high-temp fluid.
RimmerBros 2" sports exhaust.
Spax adjustable shocks with 1" lowering springs.
Good Falken tyres.
Semi-polybushed back end.
Good condition tan interior with decent radio.
Non-leaking aftermarket sunroof.
BAD BITS
Exhaust resonates at 3000rpm.
Driver's seat diaphragm split (bit saggy).
Overdrive clutch randomly slips meaning intermittent loss of drive (for a couple seconds). Coming off and back on the throttle cures it until the next time.
Small-end/gudgeon pin bearing rattling.
The video makes the noise seem deeper than it is. In person it sounds too light to be a big end and everything in the head looks good.
Bubbles are appearing here and there and the outer sills need doing to pass another MOT.
Clutch master cylinder could do with a rebuild (kit supplied).
It does drive and it will get you home.
I can supply a replacement gearbox if desired.
