No idea on price mate, but that could be stunning sitting on the right wheels.
I am sure it would be worth some money here, but the lhd might put people off.

Is it definitely a XR4I as UK ones were all 2.8 v6 cologne engine and had an extra pillar in the rear 1/4.

In the UK we got DOHC 2WD XR4i and 4WD XR4x4, but only in 5 door form they were only made for a couple of years at most. The Germans and possibly other LHD countries also got 3 door versions too. This one ended up in the UK....  In terms of spec they all seemed to have the facelift dash and rear discs, but most DOHC got these anyway (except the DOHC GT which got rear drums) but in terms of unique features they weren't that different other than the badges. I have heard that the 4WD ones allegedly came with a 3.92 LSD, although this might be rubbish. A mate of mine had a DOHC XR4x4 was okay, but IMO the twink was a little underpowered for the extra transmission. Much better off with a 2WD one! In fact this was his one...  got no idea but take the price of a 3 door cossie shell as a starting point... |

Largely depends on whether the lump is any good or not.
If it were a UK LHD anywhere between £1-2K (on a really good day £2.5K if it was running well).
As it's RHD ?£700-1500? depending on if it drives.
Might be worth most broken for parts?

Largely depends on whether the lump is any good or not. If it were a UK LHD anywhere between £1-2K (on a really good day £2.5K if it was running well). As it's RHD ?£700-1500? depending on if it drives. Might be worth most broken for parts? Well the lump turns over and doesn't start. But tbh I haven't looked at it since i'be had it cos I got so many projects I need to sort them out. I would prefer it to go to the UK though cos I know someone will look after it there. |
