That's a new one, 'BWG 288L' (it tends to be the same cars cropping up again and again). Doesn't look bad, will hopefully provide someone with a sound base to bring up to very good standard.    That looks a solid project albeit the interior has lost its original navy blue trim and carpet.. them door mirrors as already mentoined are a one off! |

The purple one seems a real bargain. Yellow one a fair price as does want ideally the correct interior sourcing or retriming and repaint etc.. but both seem very good value considering the prices off late.. it seems the place ti buy from is auctions not ebay and carandclassic. I thought they may off done more and didnt make any efforts to go to the auction as thought it would be highly attend and prices would be high with the auction being highly published every where ..

Market seems to off dropped off a little.. the white one on ebay isnt selling and hes reduced it by £500

Had spotted this, looks fairly sound. I wasn't impressed that the vendor is asking for 'offers above'. Cracking cars, in 2-door form probably better than the 1300 GT but don't command the same prices. |

I reckon that could be made to look very smart indeed and £2k or thereabouts is as cheap as a sound one of these is ever going to be. Shame it's in the back of beyond or I'd have a shufti myself. |

This car ended early.. i did ask the seller if he had a buy it now but he said he was letting the auction run.. i have noticed the grille off this car is now on ebay so not sure if its going to be broken or he may want to source the correct grille and this wasnt original.. I'm currently considering a Riley 1300 which is full gt running spec but the colour of period fawn brown isnt what id like!

I do like it ... just the wheels and mirrors and seat damage on passenger seat.. shame there isnt more photos like engine bay.. think it may go mad price wise maybe on auction.. i may register and try!

Those wheels! Why would you do that? On the other hand, the colour is awesome and id expect the bidding to go nuts.

I suspect that the seats have been swapped left to right so the driver gets the good one. Not uncommon in my experience. And yes bmcnut, those wheels are truly horrid.
