So this isn't going to be quick or easy. Part of me is contemplating selling the wagon, so the large part of me knows it will be awesome when done and I now have the space to get it sorted.
However the space it is taking up could be better used for my business and making money also the cash would help with getting things moving at a better pace as cash flow is a bit of a concern and I don't have as much back up cash as I would like.
Currently it's sat with the ca18det in place , a Volvo rear axle roughly in place (only bolted in to make it mobile) parts are all boxed up on shelves. There almost enough to make it complete again but couple of bits of trim got damaged in move (pretty sure datman can help with those he might even have a pair of rear quarters iirc) and the fuel tank is awol. I have a feeling I kept the s12 tank for the fuel pump and accidentally binned the wagon one.........
Needs a fair bit of welding in places, tank and fuel supply sorting, prop sorting to fit Volvo, brakes sorting all round. Engine wiring is pretty straight forward. Being outside under a tarp has taken its toll but it's not as bad as when I got it.
Will include:
Complete good running (when I got it) ca18det engine manual gearbox, wiring loom and all bits to make it run and work
Sectioned and coil over sleeve converted front struts from s12 fitted with mk2 golf dampers, springs and adjustable top mounts
Volvo 240 rear axle (Dana 30)
Will stick some pictures up of how it is sat now, any offers?
