Just became a member after looking on site for a long time
First time i have ever did a thread but here it goes
After finishing my accord type r and selling it i was looking for my next project i had a zx volcane some years ago and loved it any how none were ever for sale while i was looking so messing about on ebay late at night as we all do i found one
Its a 95 mk1 3dr volcane td only 4 owners loads of history but looking abit sorry for its self next day called the seller made a deal and traveled 330miles to collect it drove all the way back to newcastle with no issues other than a slighly slippy clutch (already awear of this when buying)
Now its not with out its problems but nothing that cant be sorted (handy being in the motor trade)
I have a few plans for this and some bits to source but it on hold for a bit untill i sell my bmw as need the space
Sorry for the long intro also how do i get pics on so yous can all see and comment ect cheers dan

Was that the silver one? First one I've seen for sale in ages. My mates dad had a black petrol volcane around 2001, gave us a lift in it somewhere once and scared the hell out of us felt so quick. Very underrated car.

I'd a silver 5 door and a metallic black 3 door volcane back in the day. Stunning motors. That looks like a cracker.

Interior and dash reminds me a LOT of an EF Civic.

looks a goodun don't see many about now have had two zx estates both great cars both diesels but best one i had was a 2 door zx 16 valver lovely car took me ages to find it without travelling a billion miles for one, ended up selling her as she had rust in the top inner rear wing in the area between the rear side window and the hatch worth checking out before spending loads of money as its a hidden area have to take the rear inner plastics off which is a bit of a hassle wish id kept her now as ive never seen another since then but some we win and some we loose haha!think ive lost more than ive won tho!

Can't wait to see it, I must admit I've been browsing for one since you started this thread, I'd forgotten how brilliant these little cars are.
Thanks for the update keep them coming!

Well the zx is nearly ready has had quite a bit of work + repairs due to age and mileage should look totaly diffrent only panels not painted are roof tailgate and off side rear 1/4 altho have been polished also recovered the red stripes with vinyl all be ready to collect and get some pictures on here on wens due to work
Still have a few things to do once i get it back sort central locking out has had aftermarket kit fitted but is not there will order one and have a go and find replacement steering wheel as leather has hole in it then on to improveing it work out what colour to paint gti wheels
Fit boost gauge improve suspension and enjoy then be on to the next project i would think keep this as a daily
Sorry for long update and lack of pictures but hopefully all worth it butnlet you be the judge
