1991 P100 with 2L 8v Twin Cam conversion. Has some dints, scratches and minor blemishes but really is the most solid P100 chassis you will find. I've not spotted any rot anywhere, I've only realised how good this thing is since removing the damaged tub / bed. The pictures speak for themselves. MOT until end of April.
Magenta paintwork.
Cossie 4x4 bonnet (minor ding to leading edge, could do with a spray).
Sierra Ghia front bumper (minor scrape on passenger corner).
Ghia headlights with wash and wipe.
Compression strut front suspension (rose jointed).
XR4i Koni Adjustable front struts.
Lowered rear springs (de-leafed standard P100, removed leaves available).
Poly Bushes on rear springs.
Standard P100 rear shocks (coilovers also included, never fitted).
Front spacers removed, new 16x7 mondeo steels fitted with 205/45-16 Uniroyal rainsports (knackered tyres, needs alignment doing).
5x160 to 5x112 rear spacers with 16x7 merc alloys.
Numerous P100 / Transit wheels and tyres (eight I think).
DS2500 front pads on standard disks and calipers (work very well).
Standard rear brakes (more than up to the job).
Welded diff.
Capri final drive (CW&P).
New heated front screen (fully working).
Electric windows.
Electric sunroof.
Recaro Seats.
Matching door cards.
Sierra Ghia dash and centre console.
New Sony CD / MP3 / radio (needs better speakers).
Low mileage 8v Twin Cam (recent skim, thinner multi-layer steel head gasket (RS2000 16v) and gasket set).
New MAP sensor.
MT75 gearbox.
Recently Recon Prop (new UJs welded in professionally) spare P100 prop.
Standard 1.8TD exhaust mated to twin cam manifold (sounds awesome).
Lots of spares, Brake master cylinder, seats, front struts, wheels, mirrors, standard spacers, ashley tubular manifold for 8v twin cam (needs adjustment to clear MT75 starter).
The pictures speak for themselves, this really is a very very solid chassis. If you plan on building a mint P100 or going down the V6, Turbo or V8 route then this really is the chassis you need to use.
