Model:Citroen Berlingo Multispace Year:2000 Mileage:179,000 MOT:Nov 2016 Pics: Location:Cornwall Price: £995.00 Contact details: Citroen Berlingo Multispace with 306 Gti6 conversion, It has a factory fitted full length electric canvas sunroof, This has the whole front subframe/engine/gearbox/suspension/brakes etc form a 306 Gti6, The conversion has been done brilliantly so drives like it should no bodges everything bolts up to the bodyshell on the original mounts, The shell has done 179,000 miles so has some parking dents and knocks but is really solid underneath no rust anywhere as far as i can see, The passenger side has been repaired at some time and is`nt perfect but acceptable, The engine has done about 100,000 miles and has a recent clutch and cambelt, Its mot`d till Novenber but is still registered as a 1400cc but i have all the info you would need to register it as a 2.0l It has a few small problems drivers window does`nt wind down properly/ rear wiper does`nt work/drivers seat is rough and the boot lock does`nt work all easy fixes really,

This would be fantastic with a Lynx supercharger bolted to it.
Don't think my Ducati would fit in the back or it would have been great for moving my bikes about.

This thing is super cool.
Just to check, is this a 5 seater?
Super cool 5 seat, semi van, that's a bit of a sleeper, 6 speed box, that's super useful for less than a grand?
Someone buy this before I do.

Yup 5 seater split rear seats so can seat 3 and fit my mountain bike in without taking the wheels off,
Drives really well lots of fun when Audi`s try to overtake you,
I love it to bits but my missus is going to be unemployed in a couple of months so had to buy something cheaper to run/tax
You know you want it!

Very tempted. What's the turning circle like? Heard the 6 speed box affected it.
Also, who do you insure it with? I've never insured a vehicle with an engine swap but will get some quotes.

The turning circle is a bit tight but its never really bothered me, The usual insurers like Flux etc are best for engine swaps

I'd love it! But I'd have to get rid of my truck and I like that just a little too much!
My old VR6 caddy was insured with Adrian flux on a modified comercial policy, which I think are harder to obtain. Anyway, lost of mods as long as your arm cost me 12% more than a standard premium, sometimes you end up getting money back for a modified car!

Hi Paul Yes its still for sale, I`m in Falmouth but the car is in Truro Cheers Adrian Hi Adrian, As much as I want this car (I used to have a 1.9D Berlingo and used to love it apart from it being so slow) Unfortunately I can't justify spending 7 hours on a train to Truro (from Lincoln..) and driving back 350 miles

Make it into a bit of an adventure. Could be a great bit of male bonding with friends
