Hate to sell this but i have a new project coming at the weekend so need the space.
137,387 miles.
Manual
Epsom Green
MOT 11/16, passed last MOT with NO advisories.
Total of five inch suspension lift on the front, four inch on the rear using springs and spacers, three inch body lift, new Terrafirma extreme travel shocks on the rear, rear top mounts changed to pin type to suit, 2" lowered Terrafirma shock towers on the front, extended brake flexy hoses, wide angle prop on the front, to suit body lift steering was extended using a Defender shaft, new adjustable panhard rod on the front, Adrenalin 4x4 cranked radius arms on the front and trailing arms on the rear, anti roll bars removed.
Wheels are 16x10 Modulars with good 285/75/16 (33") Maxxis Mud tyres, full size spare on rear door.
QT diff guards, steering guard, axle, gearbox and diff breathers, genuine Safari Snorkel, light bar on roof (green LED's in top row only), CB Radio (works but not wired and no ariel), nice Alpine head unit, extended Terrafirma arches (bodywork modified to suit)
Engine had extensive work in 2014, new cylinder head, Turbo, injectors, new piston rings, big end bearings, shim steel head gasket and new head bolts, new glow plugs and starter, also has an Allisport intercooler, silicon Turbo hoses, (EGR delete), straight through side exit exhaust (very noisy but no problems)
Oil and filter changed last month using genuine Land Rover filter.
Inside has half leather Land Rover script seats and door cards from a later Disco, there is no headlining, soundproofing, carpets, centre console or sunvisors, also the rear seats have no seatbelts, last owner welded over the mounting points, i've never got round to doing anything about it. Fitted with twin glass electric sunroofs which both work though the front leaks if parked on a downward hill (i just avoid doing that)
The truck has had a lot of welding done but it is all solid and the chassis is sound (and very easy to check with the body lift), the sills were replaced with 2" x 4" box section steel by the last owner, Truck will be solid for years if kept undersealed.
NEVER been used offroad, just some farm tracks, i built this for posing so it's not the usual bashed up heap, though the paint does show age related marks it's tidy and presentable.
BAD STUFF Engine has a couple of oil leaks, not major but worth mentioning, main ones are the Vacuum pump and the return oil pipe from the Turbo.
Water leaks behind the dash, not really bothered me as no trim to get wet.
Fourth gear is sometimes sticky when changing down from fifth, i just slip it into third then fourth and it goes in, been like this all the time i've had it, you quickly get used to it.
It's priced to sell, i'm not desperate though, price is fixed, no offers or swaps, i've spent an absolute fortune on this in the last three years but like i said needs to go as i have a new project on the way
