Can anyone remember the name of the old water based acrylic that was floating around? I'm sure it was used alot on commercial vehicles, but I remember doing a respray on an old Jag for a customer that provided it and other than being a pain for runs, the finish was like glass. There is a point to this, apparently it was good for rollering too!

My truck has been painted with a roller and what I can only imagine is hammerite, and it looks absolute trash. It's like the worst paint job I've ever seen.
However, I can leave it in any car park, in that space that no one ever wants to park on, I can sail off into an ploughed field or think foliage with out the slightest care in the world, all I do is whip my marker pen out and colour it in.
It's the best thing ever.

Try Teamac Metalcote. It gives a great finish, and comes in all the RAL colours
