After having a quick google - The srs light is the Supplementry restraint system, basically airbags and seat belt pre tensioners. OBD to read the fault code or you can try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for for 30 minutes. Reconnect the negative terminal and drive the car. Do this three times. If the SRS light re-sets things are good. If not, it is time to replace the SRS sensor and the power module. The arrow light means 4th gear (overdrive)is engaged. The most common component that fails in the overdrive system is the overdrive relay. The relay is located behind the ashtray on the relay block. If you remove your ashtray, pull the plastic trim piece from around the cig lighter and remove the screws from the storage tray under the radio, it will be easier to access the relay. The wire that runs from the gear stick switch down through the floorpan to the transmission can also get chafed. You may want to take a torch and look up near the back of the transmission where the wire comes out of the floorpan, If that wire is damaged then it can ground out against the transmission case and cause the vehicle not to shift into overdrive, but 9 times out of 10 it is a failed overdrive relay.

OBD reader will be useless on that age Volvo, the SRS fault will the seat belt tensioner or sensor in the seat base don't go wasting money on modules. As for the overdrive warning I doubt that being an auto it would have OD on 4th.
pop over to Volvoforums for some expert Volvo related answers.
