Reluctantly up for sale is my 1984 mk2 ford fiesta ghia, which has done a genuine 22,000 miles from new !
It is a rather rare spec this model being an early ghia with a 1.3 cvh and manual box (a zetec will literally drop straight in!...) finished in paris blue with matching blue velour interior.
it's all standard apart from the pepperpot xr2 wheels.

12 months mot - no advisories
brand new battery with guarantee for 3 years
brand new quality British made starter motor
new front exhaust and gaskets
1.3 cvh engine had the following done - cambelt , waterpump, tensioner, rocker gasket, full service, new dizzy cap, rotor arm and leads. runs a weber 32ibf carb as well with manual choke.
5 speed manual box
all glass is etched from factory
4 very good tyres
genuine ford rear mudflaps
passenger side sill repaired properly with photos to prove. metal finished and left in primer. ready for top coat and smoothing.
as photos show usual rot spots are mint- inner wings are perfect !
next best and cheapest option to an Xr2...!!
Does need a little TLC to be expected, the bonnet has a dent in it from a previous elderly owner, this is just the bonnet that is dented nothing else, the paintwork has a few marks on it as well which is to be expected it is not a concourse car but with such little mileage on it, it could certainly be the base for one?! Needs the lower half re painting due to the repairs, apart from that runs well and a comfortable drive. very 80's!
Can be viewed most evening and weekends prior to notice.
Definitely an appreciating retro classic, that is worth the time and effort, I just cannot do this due to my other project and life generally getting in the way so it would be better in the hands of somebody else.

As I say best to view the car, I do not have the time for timewasters , tyre kickers or the like, its priced sensibly for what it is, a cheap entry classic ford that's only going to appreciate in value.. so no stupid low ball offers as you will just be ignored. NO swaps either. Cash is king as they say.
