I always wanted a 309gti Goodwood but every one I looked at back in the day was either rusty or the leather was curse word so I made do with a normal GTI in black.
Ones I remember (I worked for BL in the 80's)
Metro Tickford edition Mini Paul Smith (Gutted the inside isn't signature striped!) Jet Black/Red Hot Mini/Metro Escort Cabriolet Tennis Escort Bonus - (God only know's what the bonus was!) Capri Tickford Turbo - 20k + these days!

Fiat made some awesome designer sportswear models, the Fila Uno was always up there on my want list. The LaCoste 205's always caught my eye too.
Fiat are still at it now. Anybody seen a new 500 Gucci edition? The car that says 'Hello, I drive a tart's handbag'.

Those Harriers didn't look too bad really,i think they were a Scotland only dealer special edition. The Mk2 Harriers looked great, they were a 1600 Sport with some 4 spoke alloys, graphics and some trim bits from memory, definitely one of the better specials though. There were 3 Mk2 specials all named after birds, the Harrier, the Goldcrest and the Linnet,i had a Linnet for a while until it caught fire while i was driving it in the middle of York ! There was the Capri Cabaret,Cortina Carousel and Crusader and the Fiesta Firefly as well. Ford also brought back the 1600E model for a special run of Orions built by Tickford. Don't forget the Sapphire 2000E, my neighbour had one for years.

I had a 1989 K10 Micra 'Holiday' back in the early nineties. White, 1 litre, with a bodykit. Struggling to find a picture.

Special editions? How many do you want? Land Rover did dozens with Range Rover, look... www.wods.dk/rangerover/hi/limited/r-limi.htmMany of the P38 models were NAS only, so the UK never saw them. The things they did to flog 'em. There's a couple of others, like the Linley, that don't seem to be listed as well. Another one I like, mainly 'cos I owned one... LeCar

My 90s memory is hazy to say the least but i'm sure there was a Nissan micra DOT much to our amusement as a micra dot was something else entirely.

Ford absolutely disgraced themselves with the later model 'Mexico',I didnt know theyd done a Harrier as well.Christ. I seem to remember the Metro Advantage as well, usually metallic green with white alloys. Also don't forget the UK market Toyota Celicas,Carlos Sainz model GT4's, the 205 GT4 WRC models, Celica 25th anniversary models, and the Gen6 SR which was available with momo alloys and only in black or silver during the 90's.The US and JDM markets had a few weird ones,or ones under different names and slightly different spec, the Group A Rallye, the RC, amongst others.

Escort eclipse wasn't it? were mostly 1.3's iirc, friend of mine had one at one point, there may have been a metallic blue version too, ca'nt remember if it was called something else though The Eclipse was the version of the Escort Ford produced to get the Mk4 out of the door when the Mk5 was about to be introduced... I remember that Vauxhall did a few tasty special editions of the Cavalier and Carlton called the Diplomat that had leather interior trim and special alloys and they also did the Astra GTE 'Connolly Edition' which was a GTE with a connolly leather interior funnily enough... Then we had the superbly 'of its era' Ford Escort XR3i 'All White' Convertible (with a white leather interior!) which I remember fondly as a neighbour of ours had one back in the day and I thought it looked tip-top!!!
