Imported in late 2015, I bought it to keep however due to it not being quite as it was meant to be I ended up spending quite a lot of money on it getting it to how it should be and as a result left a bitter taste in my mouth so I've decided to sell it and focus my efforts on my Hakosuka now instead.
In December the following was carried out:
Serviced
New oil seals
New Japspeed stainless decat
Replacement Nissan steel internal N1 turbos
Downpipe repair
New exhaust gasgets throughout
New Hicas arms
Some welding
New front adjustable upper arms
New battery
It also benefits from:
New Tein coilovers
New tyres all round
Image Billet wheels (staggered widths)
Nismo speedometer
Momo steering wheel
Runfree stainless exhaust
Rain/wind deflectors
Apexi induction kit
Nismo front and rear strut braces
Impul ECU
Minor points to note:
The OSF wing was faded and was repainted by the importer. However I'm not entirely happy without and despite being passable, it's something that bugs me.
Paint isnt perfect but it is nearly 25 years old so should be expected really.
Ultimately this is a good car and most certainly a sound investment. My last GTR needed a complete respray and sold for more so this is definetly priced well.
It was a grade 3.5 import, I am the only UK owner, it starts first turn of the key and runs great (thanks to the garage who went over it and brought it back to life). Pulls great, stops on the button and drives like a GTR should.
Located in Hatfield, price is £12500. I'll consider something 4x4 family orientated in part exchange.
