I just spotted this thread, cool cars!
I saw your blue one in birmingham when I was going to costco with my mates family following us in their car, we both got out at costco and said "did you see that starlet at the lights?!"
Great to know its someone on here, I will have to tell him.

lol, me and my mate are both fans of the lesser known stuff, when I get the Mazda on the road I will meet you somewhere so we can confuse the curse word out of some people with our uniqueness. Trouble is, I have nowhere to work on it, it is fine where it is, but its outdoors and no power, but I don't even have a drive way, its a nightmare trying to find somewhere to work on it which is weird because I am absolutely surrounded by suitable places, which no-one wants to rent out?! The mazda isn't actually as bad as it first looks, its also running again now, with very little coaxing, but missing a bit on idle, it'll get there.
I could put you on to a guy who has a collection of old mazda's he would like to see hit the roads again if you get the itch....

You also need the engine mount off the 1e and bolt to a 4e otherwise you will have a curse word fitting wonky 4e
