Just gauging interest at the minute.
As I work away, and in the past couple of years have made barely any progress on my projects, I am thinking of getting rid of everything bar my VW T2 and just paying to have this professionally restored. If this is the case I would be looking to rent out my lock up.
It has a nearly new 2 post electro hydraulic lift fitted and can accomodate 4-5 cars at a push depending on size (with one on ramp and one below) would be able to fit 3 of any size comfortably. There is also space outside to park 2 cars at the side (It is not on public highway so no issues with tax mot ETC. Roller shutter with heavy duty steel walkthrough entrance, Alarmed, upstairs level office / workshop room which is secure and ideal for keeping tools locked away and also a mezzanine level for storing parts, panels etc. No toilet or running water but I have a 1000L tote which I am/was planning to mount up a height so could have some sort of water supply.
The unit is in the Washington area towards Chester-le-street, don't want to give too much details at the minute since it has my vehicles in.
Ideal for a garage share between 2-3 friends.
Would be looking for £100 per week due to the recent outlay on the ramp.
If i do go ahead with this it will take 2-3 months to get all my stuff sold / shifted.
