Got home from work and put the front back on I think the indicator stalks are too long, I'll leave theses for now and get some others and shorten then Then I over tighten the head light bracket and snapped it. Must remember not everything has to tractor tight I'll get on eBay and buy some better quality bracket s Back ends on I'm happy with the rear. It's how I imagined it Then I filled it with fuel to try starting it. The battery weren't flat, then I noticed as the fuel tap was leaking. Think I've used the wrong washers. I'm seriously considering buying this Wyer1972 any Polaris grey paint left?

0.33 Mbps ,so when I read the last comment about any paint I was waiting for the pictures to load and thought ffs what's happened , but yes ash get it bought ,remember I'm mint at spending your money . Try and get yourself up on our job today the customer is a cracking bloke with 5 fordson tractors ,2 fergies , and half a dozen classics ,and a mint workshop, a camera phone would have been ideal but you know that technology has yet to be invented in my bubble

I bled the front brakes, a few times, but the were still spongy. One of the calipers had a hair line crack in it, I replaced it with a second hand one and the bled how they should. Had a couple of test rides and it cut out, I had the carbs off 4 times, striped and cleaned to finally find out it was the diaphragm on the fuel tap, runs and starts nice and sounds well, would benefit from larger jets but I'm just happy to ride it.it passed a mot with an advisory of front discs showing wear. I have bought a smaller 6" front light and used the brackets that held The original seat in place as front Indicators mounts and brought them in, replaced the rear tyre, I have also fitted the fairing and I'm happy with the over all look, handles really well too for a heavy bike. I will get some better pics and do a burn out vid Pic from eBay advert Terrible pic of the front but now has fairing Rear

Anymore pictures? Side on so we can get a decent look?
I think it's great by the way, A inspired way to have some fun away from spending silly scene money on something - after all that's what it's all about.

Just took this in my cluttered garage. I'll need to find a new place for the front indicators and take the fairing bracket off to paint it. Then I'll get some good pics

drilled a childish hole in the exhaust, and put some bigger jets in and its shifts for a heavy bike now and sounds well, need to replace the clutch as it slips, was hoping this was because it had sat for 17 years. just ordered some braided brake lines for the front, as its not stopping quick enough, then i need to get my bottle back in the corners, handles better than i thought a 250kg bike would, although it will be lighter now.
taken the fairing off and put a bigger light on it, I'm now happy with the look, i might drop the front another inch. And put the front indicators back on, I went to a little meet and as i turned the bike off i heard someone say "very mad max" but i think that might be the helmet, also went to Matlock bath and there as a biker looking over it, he said i like it, i can tell its been built by you, I said what rough, he said no, in a good way, not just had a load of money chucked at it and everything chrome.

Been shopping Fitted the braided brake lines and new pads. Here's some terrible photos I don't really get why I should soak my clutch plates in oil over night. There not absorbent so surely coating them before fitting would be fine. But I'm not taking any chances. I'll fit them tomorrow
