Model: Honda
Year: 1992
Mileage: 89,000
MOT: September 2016
Location: Barnstaple, North Devon
Price: £600
For sale is my 1992 Honda Prelude 2.0 auto, nice tidy, straight condition with the original dealer floor mats, stickers, numberplates and key ring. It's done just over 89,000 miles and has an MOT until 8th September 2016.
It's recently had new rear brake calipers, a rear wheel bearing, 4 tyres and wheel alignment. There's also a receipt for an exhaust system in the last couple of years. Not much else in the history but it looks like it's been well cared-for. I've replaced the OZ wheels and nasty cheap tyres it came with with an original set of Honda alloys which are in need of paint to tidy them up. The car has a few rust blebs on the rear wings and sunroof and there's a few little scuffs and marks here and there but otherwise it's very straight and tidy. The OZ wheels are still here if anyone wants them.
The auto box shifts nicely and it runs very nicely, the ATF looks clean and it doesn't seem to use any fluids other than perhaps a little sip of power steering fluid - it's a bit hard to tell though and I've yet to have to top anything up.
It is unfortunately a CAT C, I think the marker was put on in 2011 - no idea what the mishap was but it shows no signs of it now that I can see. Also, the clock doesn't work properly, it counts minutes as seconds (capacitor fault, they all do that apparently). All the other buttons seems to work although the aftermarket front foglights don't do anything, unless I just haven't found the switch.
In short, a really nice unmolested, original car which can be used straight away.
Any questions, please ask.
