Give Vehicle Wiring Products a ring, although the they don't list anything they might be able to help.
Failing that, cut the plug off a scrapper.

id go with cutting one off a scrap car , then show us a pic theres a chance the terminals pull out and you can fit new ones rather than joining the wires

Some manufactures (I know VW & BMW do) do loom repair kits that come with new plugs, maybe worth a shot?

If you're looking for a cheap solution you could use small spade connectors to go on each of the terminals then fill with hot glue or resin - depends what kind of car it's going on!

If you're prepared to put a bit of time in, scour RS components. I managed to find my MX5 ECU connector was a standard size after quite a bit of digging, possibly worth a go if you're struggling.

Thanks guys, yet to check RS components and I like the idea of bare connectors on leads and then filled with resin. I'll post here when I find the best solution.

Spent a bit of time Googling connectors, as you do, I tracked these to a US website and then to a Chinese supplier, ordered the minimum of 10 at £1.40 each delivered! It's listed for a two pin Honda oil pressure switch, also Honda knock sensor and the rad fan switch. Hopefully I've got the right one.  Thanks for the advice. |
