For sale is my T4.
It is mot'd until the 30th of september next year.
2.4 5 cyl diesel with 155k on the clock.
Comes on Ronal alloys with good tyres.
I bought it at the start of september as a winter project as i had just sold my T25.
The van comes with a folder full of history, in this is a reciept for a timing belt change at 115k.
For its mot all i had to do was a front balljoint, free off a calliper and replace the rear number plate. As far as i could tell from the previous owner he looked after the van. He only sold it as he had bought a tdi multivan.
When i bought it the gearbox was noisy and crunched into second gear, so a replacement was sourced from ebay and fitted only to find it didn't go into second at all. I took the original gearbox to a local gearbox rebuilder and he fully refurbished it for me, i collected it yesterday and it it in the back of the van ready to be fitted.
It could be doing with a service as it has been sitting for a while and it a bit smokey when it starts but this clears after a minute or so.
It needs a wee bit tlc here and there, but it is an original unmolested 20 year old van.
The price is £1800 ono it is due me much more but the price is taking in to consideration it needing the gearbox changed.
It is sitting at my work (in Bonnybridge near Falkirk) 30 miles from my house so please, no timewasters and no shows.
