Seriously as to getting hold of one, your only hope is to import one either from Australia (where they are at least RHD but unfortunately the Aussies know well what they're worth and it won't be cheap) or the USA (where the steering wheel's on the worng side but you stand a better chance of findng a cheap(er) one... although it's probably been sat out rotting in BillyBob's private morass for twenty years).
