Hi
I own my own composites business which was created to manufacture replacement/upgrade vehicle panels that fit exactly the same as oe. Repairs are also carried out. I have been in the industry for 33 years and started as an apprentice ,which in those days meant that I was not allowed to manufacture any parts on my own until I was fully trained after just under a year. I am a perfectionist and manufacture my own moulds from patterns that I have prepared and fitted to the vehicle during manufacture. This is the best way to insure an oe fit. On the manufacture side all mouldings are left in the mould at least 24 hours. This is also to ensure a good fitting panel.
I hope that I may be of service to members

I have two vehicles that I am working on getting back on the road atm.
An Audi A4 1.8 turbo sport and a Toyota Surf.I only have a 90's classic bikes on the road now............ damn the current weather! I enjoy working on pre2000 vehicles whether it is a car or bike.

ah should have said! I'm from Essex, just outside Colchester.
I shall have a sort through my photos and give a representation of the work that I have carried out. I have to admit to not being good at taking photos in the past but am trying harder to make sure that I take more pictures of my work.
Plus I'll get some pics of the audi and surf as I get them done up though this has to be done around work commitments

Welcome What kind of panels do you make and for what cars? I'm always after stuff. Would love a 70's Duck bill spoiler for my Humber Sceptre and a couple of front wings for a Micra K10.

Some days you just need to take a grinder to an inanimate object, just to make your day a tiny bit better!!
