Ideally, somewhere in Winchester, Romsey, Southampton, Eastleigh, Andover, Basingstoke, Alton. That sort of bit.
Space for storing one car needed at least plus space to work on another. Anything bigger is a bonus.
Am also able to supply another renter if needed, wanting the same amount of space or more. Potentially could get about 6 or 8 people interested in sharing.
Electricity and water would be good, but I'm not that fussy as I can always get a leisure battery and an inverter.
We've got about £100 each max per month.
