Not sure this counts due to its age just creeping over the Y2K RR cut off, but does have rarity on its side. Just picked up this Suzuki Baleeno GSR 1800. This is one of a few obscure Japanese hot hatches I've had in the last few years and doesn't dissappoint. Spot on handling, but really long gearing... Alacantra trim, with really good seats.factory uprated suspension and lightweight. Its another forgotton hothatch that didnt impact the big boys.They did 250 in silver and 250 in black, so not likely to see one passing!  ?  |

Poly bushes all around and give it a drop.it's very limited when it comes to mods due to the rarity.if I lived in Aus, I'd be okay! They love em and there's a world of tuning bits...

Been looking at some of the n/a tuning the Australians have been doing. GSR 1100 throttle bodies are a popular and relatively cheap one. Running a custom map, re profiled cams, exhaust and induction yields around a 35% increase in power over stock. Then you get into the world of turbos and chargers, which are well out of my pocket a guy on one of the forums has one with 650 bhp..... |
