Time has come to sell my e39 drift car , Ive built this up over last 3 years and tbh i don't really wanna sell but i need to get the money to put towards a deposit and drift cars and saving don't seem to work at the same time.
Car started life as a Manual 1998 535i se 5 series and the mix of a 530i Mport 2001 that i mixed the parts to get the best from both. its had plenty of work done to it to make it a very easy car to drift. With it being the smaller v8 i fitted a low ratio diff from a 530i auto ( i think ) i cant remember the exact ratio but this car has a very low ratio setup on it. top speed is around 130 which can make it a bit of a pain on the motorway as your pretty high up in the rev's on a run. But round a track its perfect.

Standard exhaust had silencers and tip changed (Cats left in otherwise would be too loud)
Wheels and tires
17 x 8.5j Rondell 58 ( could do with a minor refurb ) or Borbet A 17 x 8.5j with 4 very good tyres
20mm Hubcentric front spacers
50mm Hubcentric superforma rear spacers
4 x yoko parada spec 2 tyres 205/40/17 ( 2 almost brand new and 2 5k ago )
Interior
2 x Cobra Imola seats ( Out of fia ) very good condition
obp hydro handbrake (extra big handbrake , clears the dash)
Driftworks hydro lines
Steering boss
Nardi steering wheel (not sure if its real as i got it with another car so assume its a copy to be safe)
2 x 3 inch TRS 4 point harness ( Out of fia )
Stripped out rear and boot
Bootlid lightened
Switch for fan
Exterior
Bolt on rear arches
Rear wings cut out bent up and welded together (Sealed to stop rust)
M sport front and rear bumpers (some damage and repairs done to them
Facelift front lights and bonnet
Repainted in a matt grey
Front and rear bumper quick release things (forgotten what they are called)
Sum it up this is a very capable drift car , Has no problem drifting every other week . very reliable engine and suspension set-up, been drifting it for 2 years pretty much at least once a month with no problems and car is mot'd for 11 months i believe
Bad bits
Paint work is ok nothing special but if you come expecting a show car you will be disappointed
Both rear jacking points have been cut out and had plates welded in . Never been to much of a issue as i use the diff when drifting. Car has covered 170,000 miles but you wouldn't know it to drive it
Spares
If the car goes for close or the money i want i will include a entire front end (minus headlights) preface lift
2 x spare diffs (1 x 535i manual diff , 1 x 530i Manual welded diff)
5 x drift rims
Money wise i was looking for around 3.5k which i think is fair with the spec and the manual box etc . I might be open to part ex for a decent J daily plus cash my way . Car is Located in Bournemouth
If i don't get much interest it will be broken for parts , Such a shame if i have to break it
PS Private Plate will not be sold with car , Will need 2 weeks to take it off
